This show has always held a special place in my heart. Not only because it's been on and off air since 2004, but because it's not just about fixing failing restaurants, it's about reviving dreams and bringing back passion.

Trust me, I've seen some incredible transformations over the years - from outdated menus to dysfunctional teams, I've tackled it all. But even after the pandemic, the problems are even worse today. Customers are more savvy than ever and want to spend their money in places that have everything I look for in a successful restaurant owner: good food, great service and amazing ambiance. They're not looking for somepllace to eat anymore.
