"BRINGING THE RIGHT THINGS ON TO THE TABLE FIRST - Whether its FOOD or a TECH!"
I am very much choosy now a days, especially post pandemic around - what, when, how and why should I eat - whether it is at my home or outside. That's mainly because, work from home has changed my entire physical activities cycle which otherwise used to be like commuting to office, meetings, etc and eating whatever available was fine which used to get compensated.
Now, eating right between my morning walk - meeting breaks - lunch - evening snacks - walk and then dinner, is as crucial as my meditation, reading good books, quality time with my family & friends and nurturing my hobbies......................& of-course watching interesting web series and serials.
I realized one more thing that, what we eat at home is mostly from whatever is available in the nearby supermarket or a veggie store. Here is where my struggle started, as most of the time - packet food items getting picked and started coming to my table frequently.
Then I tried to go out by myself to the stores and decide first, what all I want to eat that's right, then out of my list what all is available - mostly fresh and then buying from the right people who understand my buying needs and help & support me choosing the right things by way of suggesting when should I visit their shop for the fresh veggies and fruits, some good organic food brands etc.

Its not a rocket science I am talking about but a simple logic of, taking that one step back before deciding what to eat but instead BRING THE RIGHT THINGS TO THE TABLE & stop worrying about everything else.
Is it not applicable to our decision to buy TECH as well during our DiGITAL TRANSFORMATION journey?

3 年Indeed! I think some initial effort is needed to bring right thing (food or tech) on to the table.. then no worries. Good article Santosh, groundwork plays a role...
