Brilliantly starting off the New Year, I have embarked on obtaining the Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP) Designation.

This professional-level course is designed for specialists in new home sales. Upon completion, I will have gained an even broader understanding of the home building business, insight into consumer psychology, as well as have learned advanced techniques for greeting, closing and overcoming objections. This course comprises CSP I: The Art and Science of Selling, CSP II: Understanding New Home Construction, and CSP III: Selling Skills for New Home Sales Professionals.

I am always striving to learn and improve myself both personally and professionally. I believe life is a never-ending journey to greater self-awareness through learning.
