Brighter times...

Brighter times...

Brighter times...

We are only in the second half of May, but already we have had local elections, witnessed a?historic coronation, and had?two bank holidays with another next week...?what a month so far...

With the Conservatives loosing significant seats, and Labour and the Liberal Democrats both enjoying gains at the local elections, it will be interesting to see how much planning is prioritised by the three parties and what changes in direction might be suggested. Already we?hear the matter of housing targets and numbers starting to emerge on the political agendas of the main parties…?how will this evolve over the weeks and months to come - positive and supportive of the industry, we?hope so...

As ESG strategies continue to be part of conversations and business agendas, we have dedicated this month’s newsletter to looking at environmental matters such as Biodiversity Net Gain and?Nutrient Neutrality and add some context to the issues with which we all wrestle..

We remain as always, ready to assist with any planning or communication projects and if we haven't caught up already this year, we look forward to speaking to you soon.

Please do enjoy our musings, so go on, grab a biscuit and a coffee and enjoy a well-deserved break on us!
