A Bright New Day at the Urban League Career Fair!

Employment Outreach Program Manager - Creating Equity through Meaningful Careers!
Pierce County Talent Acquisition had a magnificent outing at the Urban League Career Fair today. The sun was shining bright and the smiles and optimism even brighter as we attended the first non-virtual career fair in over a year. It was incredibly inspiring as this was our first grass-roots efforts rising out of the national pandemic and served as a sign of great things to come. Today we met with a vibrant cross-section of local community members who were inquiring about careers and services and we were impressed by the overall enthusiasm.
We are very lucky to have incredible partners like Urban League who represents some of the brightest and best new employees ready to come out and improve organizations everywhere. Their mission of hope and creating true results encapsulates the great potential that will make future workforces greater than ever.
Special thanks to (Pictured Right to Left) Cassius Johnson (Pierce County HR), Greg Gatewood (Urban League Program Manager), Tashima Steele (Urban League Program Coordinator), and Terrance Morgan (Urban League Program Manager - un-pictured) for helping make this one of the best days for Pierce County Talent Acquisition.
