Bright Business Support Program welcomes Merenia Marin to the team

The Bright business program supports established and emerging business in Haymarket, Ultimo and Darling Square. Lendlease established the free and confidential program back in 2018, guided by our belief that success for this new city neighbourhood wouldn’t be defined by the laying of the last brick, but by how thriving and prosperous the community would be in years to come.

In 2020, there’s more work to do than ever before, and the challenging business climate brings new ideas and immediate paths for collaboration. We are proud to be bringing Settlement Services International and their Ignite Start Ups team on-board to help deliver the Bright program. We are also excited that this means we now have seasoned Enterprise Facilitator, Merenia Marin on the ground working with our incredible clients and local virtual Resource Team.

This video was shot in February, but the messages here are more important than ever. Built from Ernesto Sirolli's methodology, the power of unconditional positive regard for people and their ideas can unlock incredible potential. And it isn't just for the entrepreneurs and their business teams, but the wider community too. Knowing another person -who you may not have even met - in this big city actually cares for you and your idea, and will help get it to the marketplace in the best shape possible, is surely one of the best ways to really feel part of a great neighbourhood.
