How to break into VC

Venture Capital (VC) is an industry characterized by its exclusivity because of its few job openings and a significant reliance on home-grown talent from inside the industry. While the business model is the same, every VC has different cultures and approaches: from seed, and early, to growth equity investing. With differences between sector-agnostic and sector-specific funds, fund sizes (emerging and established) and more. These distinctions call for different personality traits and capabilities. However, as an aspiring investor come prepared with a passion for tech, a deep pragmatic intellect, combined with an inquisitive nature, a love for networking, and hunger to learn fast.
