An internship allowance of 5,000 per month along with a one-time assistance of 6,000 will be provided."

This portal will leverage the process of applying for internships, enhance access to the opportunities of internship, and ensure that students from different sectors find relevant internships.

Skill Development and Internship Programs: The Government of India has introduced a number of skill development initiatives like the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana, involving mandatory internships as part of the training.
