Brief Of My ??Second? ?Residential? ??project? with M/s Shaw Wallace & Company Ltd

As discussed by me in the previous post about my 3 upcoming projects to built Residential Quarters, So today i would like to share a brief about my second project for Residential Quarters with M/s Shaw Wallace & Company Ltd.

The Property address where the Project will take place is at M/S Upl Limited ?Haldia? , P.O. Haldia Town ,P.S Haldia , Dist. Purba Medinipur and after the legal inspection the valuation of the project is assessed to Rs.2,39,16,640.00(approx). As mentioned earlier this Property will be utilized to built a ??Residential Quarters?.

As of now the land development work is under progress and report has been submitted to the bank for the financial proposal however the raw material has already started reaching the site. So, if all goes well and according to the proposed plan we can expect this project to be completed as per the expected date which is by the end of the year 2018.
