Each boom is equipped with a high-power rock drill, and the impact power is generally not less than 18kw.

According to the online information, as of the end of 2017, there were a total of 16,229 highway tunnels in China, with a length of 15,285km, including 4013.2km long tunnel (length ≥3km); 14547 railway tunnels with a total length of 15,326km. The length of the special long tunnel (length ≥10km) is 368km.
At present, the current situation in our country is that the number of long tunnels is increasing rapidly, resulting in lower tunnel design elevations, increased buried depth, and ultra-deep tunnels (buried depth >500m). Its related construction difficulties and schedule requirements are improved.

Hong Yuan hydraulic face- drilling rig uses a unique hydraulic-controlled telescopic boom to keep the propulsion beam parallel in all directions. At the same time, the drilling rig has obvious advantages in reducing the intensity of manual excavation, upgrading the working environment, and improving the efficiency of mechanical equipment. The data analyze capability is a new feature during the drilling process.
