A Brief Introduction to Chocolate Enrobing Machine

What is a chocolate enrobing?machine?

A?chocolate enrobing machine?is an equipment that is applied to coating chocolate (pure chocolate or compound chocolate) on bakery products, like waffer, biscuits, donuts, various snacks and desserts, etc. Generally, the chocolate enrober is composed by wire mesh belt, chocolate storage tank, chocolate pumping&feeding system, blower, vibrator and detailer. Depends on the customer’s need, it can make top coating, bottom coating and full coating. According to different products and chocolate, the enrobing machine needs to be customized sometimes. When products are small and light, it’s better to use a pressing device to press these small and light products into the chocolate mass and help them to pass through the wire mesh belt. When chocolate mass is high viscosity, it’s better to use a higher capacity blower and vibrator or add another set of coating&blowing systems, which means double coating&blowing.
