A Brief History of WealthTech

A Brief History of WealthTech

?We started the WealthTech on Deck podcast more than three years ago to fill the void of in-person meetings and industry events foisted on us by the pandemic.

Our cup overflowed.

We’re marking our 150th podcast in two ways:

  • My anniversary podcast features a march through the “headlines” about the future of financial services and wealth tech based on 150 interviews with industry leaders, innovators, disruptors, and up-and-comers.?Listen to the podcast or read my latest column in Financial Advisor Magazine.
  • Reflecting on our ever-expanding guest roster and growing audience, we’ve established a new address and presence for WealthTech on Deck. Want to know when we have a new podcast? Subscribe to our weekly alert.

  • Amy Young, CFA , described how financial services companies she works with as Microsoft’s director of strategic partnerships are building astonishing capabilities with generative AI.
  • Sandy Kaul of Franklin Templeton, nicknamed “Crypto Gal” by Forbes, predicted how technology trends will tip the balance of power between asset managers and investors.
