A Brief History of The Development of Bag Dust Removal
In 1881, the German Benz company developed a shock-type dust collector, marking the beginning of bag-type dust removal technology in the market. In the mid-1950s, Anshan Jiaonai Design Institute began to design pulse dust collectors independently. Before the 1970s, there was no special filter material. Most of them were replaced with cloth or cloth; in the 1970s, Wuhan Safety Research Institute developed 208 fleece as a special filter material; Woven fabric 729, needle punched felt, special needle punched felt, and functionalized filter media all appeared in the 1980s; membrane-coated filter media appeared again in the 1990s. As an accessory accessory of bag filter, filter material is currently widely used in many fields such as steel, cement, chemical industry, electric power, non-ferrous metals, waste incineration and so on. At present, needle-punched felts account for more than 80% of bag-type dust filter materials. Needle felt is a filter material produced by non-woven needle-punched processing technology.
