Airtight compact

The airtight function of the airtight powder box is mainly to protect the volatile foundation from drying out during use. Most of the early airtight powder boxes used soft rubber sheets to meet the airtight requirements by pressing the rubber and the hard cover, and some products used PP material for hard interference.

In recent years, with the development of the airtight BB cream powder box trend, the design of the airtight structure gradually adopts the Bi-injection process. The seal adopts injection molding of soft and hard materials (such as TPE+PP), so as to achieve better airtight requirements. There are also some products that use the powder box design of the vacuum pump to achieve a better airtight effect, which also increases the cost.

Combination powder box (Kit compact)

This kind of combined powder box is a collection of powder, blush, eye shadow, lipstick and other products, and it is also equipped with various makeup brushes. It is very suitable for the needs of more professional makeup, and one box can complete the needs of the entire face makeup. In some designs, eyeliner/mascara is also added. Due to the large amount of products contained, it needs to be spread out as much as possible when using. Therefore, a drawer or folding structure is often used.
