Nicole Adair started things off with an in-depth recap of key innovations unveiled at Dreamforce including #Agentforce and Salesforce Foundations, and Frank H. Grace, IV, CAE walked us through how his org is finding success with this tech (and what they have planned next). ?? Jessica R. and Matthew Hanagan helped us see the "What", "Why", and (importantly) the "How" behind building connected member journeys. ?? Jason Cookman and Nicole Adair led a session on the importance and key considerations to creating an effective #CenterOfExcellence. ?? Gayathri Kher capped it all off with her moderation of a highly interactive customer panel.
