3 个月Unfortunately, companies tend to do a very poor job of understanding the cost of technical labor. We retire 3x as many machinists as we train in IL, the manufacturing sector is growing and yet wages are dropping. That is what happens in a non-competitive market. So growth will be stagnant or less until manual labor gets a massive raise. ??♂?
