1 年Siddharth B.hattacharya, Ph.D very well articulated, as usual... ...my favourite part is skilling the pipeline.. ..its something we have advised our clients to do and worked with them to do, over 20 years.. ...the reason is very clear... ....for example, the students/executives that find jobs in hospitality/aviation/retail selling aspirational, sometimes come from an ecosystem where English is not a first language. This makes entry into these professions challenging.. ...the people that come from backgrounds where English is commonly spoken, often want to go to other aspirational professions like IT/Finance etc... ...if we can concertedly work towards building the required skills for people, so they can move to jobs they find aspirational... ...our entire ecosystem will be happier and far more productive.. ...this is easier said than done. In our past engagements, we have seen that this requires vision at the leadership level, time, effort and patience.. ....the payoff however is fantastic!!!!
