Absolutely Andra! It's a smart way to look at procurement roles, focusing on unique contributions and change. As your article mentions we do use buyer personas to understand their preferences, needs, and we add a receptivity analysis, to evaluate the best times/ places and platforms to reach them, which really boosts our work. And on the workspace, I've noticed a shift too; people are prioritising connections with those who share similar values before considering their professional skills. It’s definitely changing how teams come together.
