The gap between the leadership skills organisations need and the leadership talent that's available seems to be widening.

#Information overload: Leaders are bombarded with information ??, making it difficult to discern what's truly important.

#Remote work and distributed teams: Leading remote teams requires a different skill set than managing in-person teams, and many leaders haven't yet mastered these new approaches. ????

No wonder many leaders feel underprepared. No wonder many employees feel their is a gap in what they need rom their leaders and what is being provided.

So 'm super excited to announce my upcoming webinar, "Bridging the Leadership Gap," featuring the incredible Dean of Henley Business School, Jon Foster-Pedley.
