On October 15th, the groundbreaking ceremony for Kahi Estates marked the beginning of a transformative project in Davao City. PALAFOX is proud to have provided the Master Plan, Architectural Concept, and Urban Design for this 5-hectare, sustainable, mixed-use development. Our design philosophy aligns seamlessly with DAMOSA Land’s vision of a community-focused, eco-conscious development that prioritizes quality of life and environmental stewardship.

Cebu recently hosted the 5th Asian Apostolic Congress on Mercy (AACOM), a gathering of religious leaders and devotees dedicated to exploring this profound theme.
