  4. Connect: We guide both parties through mediation, helping them find common ground. This connection fosters compromise, allowing us to implement solutions that benefit both parties.
  5. Examine Redress: After a solution is implemented, we follow up to ensure its effectiveness. If conflicts persist, we examine options within our #redresspolicy or explore further mediation.
