7 个月Dionte Gilmer I'd even go so far as to suggest that quality training has a place in the orientation of every employee. However you slice it, delivering quality product is the end goal-- if we know what are end goal is from the start of employment, then we're much more likely to reach it. From there, regular quality training, whether it's full on cross training or not, has significant ROI value.
