In the rocky, profitable landscape of recruitment, I’m excited to introduce a collaborative project I’ve been working on:

“The Recruiters Codex” - A progressive online wiki designed for the Recruitment revolution.

It will be the nexus for recruiters worldwide who have embraced AI, sharing insights and strategies on leveraging this transformative technology.


Let’s cut through the hype: We often hear grand tales of AI’s potential to revolutionise industries, including recruitment. But beyond the buzz, how many truly understand its impact and practical application?

Skepticism is rife, and rightfully so. However, together with a board of Extraordinary Individuals from the World of Recruitment, I’ve decided to tackle this from the ground up because, let’s face it, the massive profits of recruitment firms are powered by their Superstar Recruiters - the ones in the trenches, the ones who make the magic happen.


My Strategy Moving Forward:

  1. Identify the AI pioneers in recruitment.
  2. Engage with them through my LinkedIn group, fostering a community of forward-thinkers.
  3. Delve deeper into their experiences with AI, extracting valuable use cases and lessons.
  4. Update my findings into “The Recruiters Codex”
  5. Repeat.


This approach isn’t just about gathering information; it’s about creating a repository of real-world applications that can empower every recruiter to enhance their workflow, increase placements, and, most importantly, boost their commissions.
