?Recognize accomplishments with?Well Done Cards!?Calling out a job well done is a small gesture that makes a huge positive impact on employee engagement. We have well defined Award Recognition policy, monthly recognition, quarterly, half yearly and annually. Well Done Card is an example of such recognition. It is a way to acknowledge those who perform consistently and deliver results. Its plays an important part in aligning performance of employees in the line with the vision and mission of the organisation. The main objective of Well Done Card is #Spot Recognition. Spot recognition plays a vital role in our company culture.
A spot recognition is one of the best and quickest ways to deliver meaningful rewards to our employees. They?are designed to recognize special contributions, as they occur, for a?specific task execution or achievements. Spot Awards are generally for a special contribution accomplished over a relatively short time period. A Spot Recognition lets employees know that someone has noticed their small and big contributions. When we award well-done cards, we are capturing the most remarkable organizational culture moments.

????????????As per the new study, #millennials employees are much more likely to feel dissatisfied at work and seek better experiences elsewhere, a national study of adults ages 18 to 38 finds. Close to half (43 percent) of Millennials and 78 percent of the youngest workers surveyed—Employees leave their job within the next two years. The study found that giving spot recognition to the two youngest generations at work, even in small ways,?provides these employees with a greater sense of personal fulfilment and helps to increase #employee engagement and boost employee retention.
We at Bridgeway Motors found there is a huge gap in spot recognition. To overcome this challenge, we started giving well done cards since 2019. So far, we have distributed more than 500 well-done cards and the result was very impactful. When employees are rewarded for their contributions, they feel ownership and pride and are willing to work just as hard on their next project.
