Bridgewater Labs Announcement

BRIDGEWATER LABS (BWL) today announced its CEO, Stefan Radeta will leave the company to pursue another opportunity. He will maintain his seat on the Board of Directors where he will continue to be involved in helping steer the business. Since founding Bridgewater the company has operated with co-CEO’s which has served the company well however it is now time to change to a more traditional structure and co-founder/CEO Nikola Obradovic will continue in this role as the sole CEO. 

Under Stefan’s co-leadership, Bridgewater has successfully navigated through an aggressive period of growth, taking the team from 15 member to over 60. Increasing corporate revenue 5x in 4 years and launching the venture arm of the organization BWL Ventures. The company's pivots and innovative thinking during the his tenure resulted in strong performance, with momentum continuing to grow. We are grateful for the steady leadership and experience that Stefan brought to the company. His ongoing guidance will be an asset to the Board of Directors as the company continues to build off this legacy.
