Building India’s first sprint capital by discovering hidden talents and empowering tribal communities in North Karnataka
We are excited to announce the launch of our Performance Program, a bold initiative aimed at developing the fastest athletes in the world from India over the next few Asian and Olympic cycles. After eight incredible years of learning and growth, we believe it’s the right time to take the next step in our athlete pathway. This program represents a new phase for our organization.
This month, we proudly introduce two of our first athletes, Nayana Kokare and Nimeksha Siddi, who will be training full-time in the UK. They will also benefit from an excellent education at Loughborough College, a prestigious institution renowned for its focus on sports and athletics. A place which has produced 100+ Olympians in the last few olympic cycles. This opportunity will provide Nayana and Nimeksha with the necessary exposure to a highly competitive environment, essential for propelling their athletic journeys forward.
Our vision has always been clear: to create a pathway that nurtures talent and drives excellence in Indian sports. And this pathway is being developed for all irrespective of their socio-economic status. The Performance Program is designed to provide the right environment and allow us to harness the immense potential within our athletes. By investing in these athletes and providing them with access to world-class training and education, we are laying the groundwork for completing the athlete pathway from grassroots to excellence.

As we step into Phase 2 of our journey, our focus is a lot on the environment. This program marks a significant milestone, not just for our athletes but a new vision for athlete excellence in India. We believe that elite performance needs exposure and an environment which challenges athletes. Similar to how the IPL or just in general the cricket environment in India has created excellence for Indian and global cricketers. By placing our athletes in the setting of Loughborough - we are ensuring they receive the best training in the best environment possible. The experience they will gain in the UK will be invaluable, not just for their careers, but for the broader sports landscape in India.
Nayana and Nimeksha are just the beginning. Over the coming 4 years, 15 athletes will be part of this program to become few of the fastest sprinters in the world. This is a commitment to a future where Indian athletes can stand shoulder to shoulder with the best in the world. Our goal is to continuously elevate the standards of training, support, and opportunities available to athletes in India.
