Requirements:

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years in software development, including at least 2 years as a BrSE.

Japanese Language Skills:

• Japanese proficiency at N2 level or higher, with strong communication skills in business and technical discussions with Japanese clients.
• Ability to interact with clients to address technical issues (explain problems and propose solutions).

Project Management Skills:

• Ability to break down tasks, create plans, and manage work progress.
• Proficient in requirement analysis (BA), system design, and project risk management.
• Skilled in using project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or equivalent.
• Capable of reviewing and ensuring the quality of project deliverables before handing them over to clients.

Technical Background:

• Strong technical knowledge, coding skills, and logical thinking to effectively communicate with both clients and technical teams.
