"Bridge over Troubled Water" is a song by American songwriter Paul Simon and recorded by the music duo Simon & Garfunkel. Produced by the duo and Roy Halee, the song was released as the follow-up single to "The Boxer" in January 1970. The song is featured on their fifth studio album, Bridge over Troubled Water (1970). Composed by singer-songwriter Paul Simon, the song is performed on piano and carries the influence of gospel music. 

Why did I remember this song today all of a sudden is the dream I saw last night which showed me people affected by #covid 19 floating in stormy water in the flooded river whereas I could see my family members, my near and dear ones, friends, relatives are all there on the bridge with me and we are comforting each other and giving support to all the family and friends over the bridge. This bridge also covered our neighbourhood, our community, our suburb and our city as well. This bridge over troubled waters is the one we are undergoing as our 'lock down' period currently all over the world. This bridge is offering us solace and comfort zone of protection and security and safety from the troubled waters of Corona virus below in the flooded river which is taking away lives and innocents are being dragged in the flood waters from outside the waterfront I could see many citizens screaming and shouting "SOS, SOS, Save Our Souls!!!

Come to think of it, is a fact of life that our family members, relatives, friends and neighbours are a support system for each of us. We also have supporters in our offices, schools, clubs, social organisations and religious places of worship where we get so much peace of mind and comfort that we can always fight from the viruses and germs of dangerous kind affecting our lives so often now a days. Look at the last decade which was all full of viruses of different kinds. Remember how the SARS, Avian Flu, Swine Flu, Ebola and now Corona is killing several hundreds of thousands of people worldwide.

Let us all make this bridge of #kindness and #loveandcare so strong that we can cover maximum number of humans, animals and plants from being affected by deadly diseases. Let us build this bridge of brotherhood, friendship and support systems for each one of us that nothing can separate us from each other. We must stand together strongly and offer assistance all over the world and give our love and care to those affected souls. We should build this bridge with all the healthcare professionals, medical doctors, testing laboratories, paramedical staff, the fire brigade, the police department, the government health department and so on so that all of them become strong pillars and suspenders of the bridge offering all the required help and support to those fallen down the river and getting drowned in the disease below in the troubled waters.
