Brexit ~ What lies Ahead ?

With BREXIT vote on Jun 23 the Majority of Britons have made it crystal clear that they are longing for their Independent state outside EU.

This raises an Important question- and that  is is EU crashing ? What will be Value of EU when an Important Player like UK is not in it ?

The impact can be analysed briefly as below:  

1. Brexit has brought many of us to believe that it is an indication of the surge of the Rightist in Britain and parts of Europe. This is because EU has failed to respond to the demands of people in the EU. Europe is strong only if can provide answers and solutions to many of the issues people are facing .Garzon, chief of opposition in Spain Comments "The referendum on BREXIT is not the problem but the symptom of EU which is made for business and built against its people."

2, UK ,France, Spain, Portugal Ruled many countries in the world in the Past . This was mainly because of its fundamental credentials in democracy and commitments to democratic principles. Uk has played a crucial role in International and regional forums like UN, NATO,IMF,World Bank, etc. With BREXIT, UK's role in Global affairs will reduce significantly !

3, The fashion of referendum in Europe like the one of BREXIT speaks of Poor image of the Voters in UK . The atmosphere created by both the the camps during referendum divided the voters into tribes.The brutal murder of anti BREXIT MP JO COX ,failed to shame and calm down the millions who were part of the campaign.

4. Despite BREXIT a large population in UK and EU want Britain,France, Germany ,Italy  still want to remain in EU

5.  The issue of Migrants has created the divide between UK and others. Most of the people in UK have been paranoid about migrants from rest of EU especially East Europe .For fear of losses in Job,Social benefits,lowering standards of Public services and it has caused uproar in UK. However Politicians campaigning for leave EU mixed the two different issues of migrants of East Europe with the perceived threat from influx of Muslims.This the threat of immigrants and economic anxieties has caused the swing in marginal favor of BREXIT.

However UK being one of the important Leader in World Politics has failed in preventing Violence in SYRIA , Pursuing Gulf Nations to absorb Immigrants , Stopping ISIS and Peace Measures In SYRIA . Even Now EU can work of resettlement of migrants by Stopping killings. If migrants are a future burden why not attempt it ? Will it not be in the interest of all member countries of EU ?

 Britons exit from EU marks resurgence of Nation /State and a set back to process of Globalization. EU has failed to be one  community one identity encompassing the needs of most of member countries. All major member countries have a feeling that they were better off before during the days of Nation/State. Economies of Countries like Italy,Greece were much bigger than today.
