So, what's brewing?! Let's find out...
As amazing a journey as it's been, I have decided to part ways with #Microsoft and start #MeldMinds . #MeldMinds is my dream company. A company I always wanted to work for and now I have the opportunity to create it. It's a place where people enjoy working, it's a place where you make lifelong friends, and it's a place your true potential comes to fruition.
How many times have you thought how nice it would be if I get to work more closely with this colleague of mine or that friend of mine. We have so much fun together and work seems more exciting than ever. Or have thought of a past experience when you were exceptional because your team was incredible. We are social beings and a product of who we spend our time with. For most of us, allot of that is at work. If your company can give you the company of individuals with who you can learn from, grow with, have fun and achieve new heights, would you love working for that company?

I have always been passionate about people, #AI (Artificial Intelligence) and #OQ (Organizational Intelligence). With #MeldMinds , I am bringing all of my passions together to create an environment that fosters creativity, performance, fun and innovation to develop truly intelligent organizations. I will admit, these are early days, and I am still brewing the concepts and ideas that will form #MeldMinds in its competition. A good brew cannot be rushed but not over brewed either or it will not be its best. We are the best and we would like to hear from the best.
