Brenda's interview with the Albany Business Review

Brenda was recently interviewed by the Albany Business Review to highlight her journey with Access Compliance in the occupational medical surveillance field. Access Compliance is a woman-owned, veteran-owned, full-service risk management practice, providing a variety of services including (but not limited to): drug and breath alcohol testing, job-specific physicals and clearances (DOT, Firefighter, Hazmat, Asbestos, to name a few), on-site physicals, auditing, inspections, fit-testing, immunizations, hearing conservation, industrial hygiene, and training for construction, general industry, fall protection, confined space, silica, lead, etc.

Brenda's history growing up in a small farming community in Illinois and serving in the Army, has provided her with the knowledge, leadership skills and experience to ensure safety is number one! Her devotion to safety goes hand-in-hand with Brenda's love and appreciation for family. Brenda's husband is a combat veteran with the 1st Infantry Division and their oldest son served in the 10th Mountain Division here in New York. Their two younger boys are active with ballet at Myers Dance and football at Schalmont. Brenda is dedicated to help employers maintain a safe work environment for their employees, so at the end of the day, everyone has an opportunity to go home to their families.

Our goal is to look out for the safety and well-being of the employer and the employee by helping avoid injuries and reducing insurance premiums and unnecessary expenses. Regulations and standards are constantly changing, and we can help your company stay compliant. Most accidents are preventable! With proper training, physical clearances and hazard prevention, we can save lives!
