Brecon and Radnorshire - The most Important By-Election since the 1980s?

Chris Davies MP has been recalled by his constituents in Brecon and Radnorshire, thereby ensuring that the new Conservative party leader and our next PM will have an (unwanted) early electoral test.
A traditional LibDem and Tory marginal (current majorities of 8000+ for the Tories in Westminster and the LibDems in the Senedd) it vote 51:49 in the 2016 referendum. It is a real bellwether for a large part of the UK.
What impact will the Brexit Party have? Will the belief in Boris' electoral magic hold true?
To add more intrigue Chris Davies was a consistent Brexit rebel so a new more "Deal friendly" Conservative MP could be installed, or a new second referendum backing LibDem may change the make up of the commons. As LBJ said the first rule of politics is to learn to count and right now every vote in the Commons matters.
It will be a key indicator for a potential early general election and as such the result will influence the strategies for all parties involved.
DeHavilland will be following all of it in detail.
