What is breathwork?

Breathwork is a practice that involves using specific breathing techniques to improve physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. It's a way to access deeper states of consciousness, release stress, and promote healing. The breathing technique used in my sessions is called conscious connected breathing. It?is a breathing technique that involves conscious, continuous, and connected breaths without pauses between inhalation and exhalation. ..

Why is breathwork so powerful?

Breathwork has the ability to bypass your analytical, overactive monkey mind (the prefrontal?cortex). When you are able to bypass this part of your brain, you gain access to the subconscious mind. Our subconscious mind is where all of our beliefs and programs are stored. Many of our belief systems limit us without consciously knowing it. Our subconscious mind is always running on autopilot, guiding our everyday life choices without us being consciously aware of it. When we are able to bring the unconscious?conscious, we now have a choice to rewrite these limiting belief patterns and create a better life. A life where you are more self aware of your actions and choices. You can now shift from being the victim of your life to being a co-creator of your reality.?

What are some of the benefits to breathwork??

Benefits of breathwork include stress reduction, emotional release, increased self-awareness, improved physical health, enhanced focus and clarity, spiritual growth, and a sense of community and connection.

Thank you very much to Nicole for joining us for this amazing conversation.
