Would you like if #North Korean Insane #Kim Jong-un comes to India to celebrate Diwali by firing Nuclear Missiles. You may not like this but for Kim these are only Firecrackers. He would definitely like to play; who bothers about consequences!

#Supreme Court's decision to ban sale of firecrackers has evoked mixed reactions from the public. Some cricket celebrities like #Virat Kohli, #Yuvraj Singh have welcomed the move. But some celebrities have tried to take undue publicity out of the issue by unnecessarily trying to link it to religious sentiments of the people. Atleast I didn't expect this from a well educated renowned author like #Chetan Bhagat. Perhaps we have become habitual of looking at everything from a #communal lens without fearing for consequences of the same for the innocent public because it may harness cheap publicity or #votes bank. Hinduism is known world over for its religious tolerance & to accommodate others. It's religious tolerance is its strength and not its weakness. A Hindu understands that Diwali can be celebrated with simple Diyas(Deepaks) without Firing Firecrackers & Missiles. I assume #Chetan Bhagat being an intellectual must be having the understanding of the life threatening slow poison in the deadly air of Delhi NCR, which is slowly killing our delicate kids each day with every breath. The celebrities may afford the air purifiers in their house or car or may stay abroad but the poor public finds it difficult even to manage its basic needs while unaware of even what kind of poison level is being inhaled. It's a clear violation of the basic Fundamental Rights under # article 21 of the constitution of depriving a person of his life by not allowing him access to clean air to breath & live. I do not know what kind of #development we are heading to where a common man even doesn't have #clean air to breath, #clean water to drink, #garbage free surroundings to walk & clear roads to drive.

I understand that the business of firecracker dealers would suffer a loss but we should realize that we make money out of business to keep our loved ones happy & healthier, we do not make money by doing business of our loved one's lives.
