Then you're gonna want to stick around, because I'm dishing up a big secret... Or, at the very least, a delicious reminder.
Many of us have huge dreams. BIG ones. AUDACIOUS ones. But all too often, we can lose ourselves in the moment and allow burnout and self-doubt to skew the trajectory to our success.
So here I am, match and map in hand. Ready to relight your fire and help you find your way back to the main road.
If you want to breakup with suckage, you've got to relax and revisit a younger version of yourself. I'm talking 6, 7, 8 year old you.
Who did you want to become? Reflect on your hopes and dreams, your dream job and aspirations.
Maybe you looked towards the stars and imagined traveling the world. Maybe you dreamed of making a difference in other's lives and becoming a doctor or a nurse. Maybe you didn't know what you wanted... but you were carefree and happy.
Live in that space for a moment and reconnect with the person you were before you grew up. Before the chaos and burnout became part of your life
Then, join me for an Attitude Adjustment that's designed to help you reframe your mindset and embrace the person you are today-- while honoring the young girl you were.
It's time to become the fiercest, most unstoppable version of you!
PS. Do you dream of running your own business and working with other women to help them achieve their goals?

4 年You are absolutely correct, Susan! I’ve personally felt burnout. Working 7 days a week was so unhealthy for my mental and physical health. I learned that it’s essential to schedule self-care and family time. How do you balance running a successful business, family time, and setting aside “Me” time to treat yourself? ??
