LONGi Solar kicked off this year’s Intersolar Europe with a bang, presenting their latest innovations in back contact PV technology. At their booth, "Leading into Infinity," LONGi showcased their commitment to improving cell efficiency and advancing solar technology.

Key Highlights

• Back Contact Technology: LONGi is showcasing five new module innovations based on back contact technology, which improves efficiency. These include the Hi-MO X6 Max Scientist, Hi-MO X6 Artist Ultra Black, Hi-MO X6 Max Anti-Dust and Anti-Humidity, and Hi-MO 9.
• Hi-MO X6 Artist Ultra Black: This premium dual-glass module features enhanced power generation and a sleek, all-black design. It performs better under low light conditions and has won design awards for its aesthetics.
• Hi-MO X6 Max Series: Incorporating the new M11 rectangular wafer with TaiRay Inside technology, these modules offer improved efficiency and durability. They will be available in various versions like Explorer, Scientist, Guardian, and Artist.
• Guardian Anti-Dust Module: Designed to prevent dust accumulation, this module is perfect for residential and industrial use, featuring a special frame that lets dust slide off naturally.
• Hi-MO 9: This module offers a power output of up to 660W and excels in various environments like lakes, mountains, and deserts.

Innovations and Records

LONGi continues to lead in R&D, investing heavily to push the boundaries of solar technology. They recently set a new world record for cell efficiency with their heterojunction back-contact (HBC) solar cells and crystalline silicon-perovskite tandem cells.
