? A – Area: What specific area of life are you transforming? Business, health, relationships? Choose one.

? S – Shift: Instead of just “doing,” ask yourself, who do I need to become to make this goal inevitable?

? T – Time: Set a realistic and committed timeframe, long enough for real change, short enough to create urgency.

? E – Execute: Take small but powerful actions immediately. Even a micro-move today builds momentum.

? R – Recharge: Avoid burnout. Success isn’t just about doing more, it’s about balancing effort with energy renewal.

1?? Write down a goal that truly excites you. Not something you "should" do, something you want to do.
