Breakthrough news on the summer solstice

We are thrilled to share breakthrough news: the AEIOU Breakthrough programme for female leaders was recognized for innovation by the Zasavje Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The programme is offering a solution to the issue of underrepresentation of women in top leadership positions. In the past women often needed to sacrifice their authentic self in order to succeed in corporate leadership roles. This required changing their behavior, their communication, and adapting to a more self-preservative way of being.

AEIOU Breakthrough female leadership programme offers a comprehensive leadership training for women, so that they advocate with authenticity and lead with a healthy female energy.

Historically women often didn’t have a good experience in collaboration with other women, for the sake of survival and success or pleasing dominant social structures women ended up betraying each other and competing with each other.

The combination of three female facilitators and their collaboration is seen as an example of cooperation that can be achieved between women. Sonja Klop?i?, Eleftheria Kakambouras and Barbara Cukjati are an example of honesty in communication, flow, the willingness to skillfully work through differences, and self -initiated contribution.?

This program is also unique in its focus on developing three centers of intelligence: mind, heart, gut. It addresses two main areas where women usually need support: perceiving their own value, strengths, courage to speak up for themselves, setting healthy boundaries. With developing a skill and confidence to take necessary time to collect and center, put structures in place for appropriate self care, it also prevents burnout.

This programme is bridging the corporate and spiritual world. Usually, programmes which are aimed at the corporate world don’t include the spiritual aspect. However in terms of resilience that has become so important in recent years, spirituality is one of the four domains of resilience and it is thus a meaningful addition in order to offer a well rounded approach.
