THE BREAKTHROUGH INTERVIEW: THE TRUTH ABOUT TRANSFORMATION

Enjoy this interview where I reveal the truth about transformation...

Interviewer:

Chris, you say people live in an Invisible Prison—trapped by subconscious programming, limiting beliefs, and societal conditioning. But how do you know this is true?

Chris Howard:

Because people think they’re making choices—but they’re only choosing within the limits of their programming. Imagine a large language model that thinks it’s the sum total of all knowledge—but it’s actually just running on a limited dataset. That’s exactly what’s happening to people.

They mistake their conditioning for reality. They assume they’re in control, but they’re really running on pre-written scripts—stories they didn’t even choose. The real question is:

Are you the author of your life, or are you just reading from someone else’s script?

Interviewer:

You say breaking free requires reprogramming the subconscious. But if someone realizes they’re trapped and still doesn’t break free, what’s missing?

Chris Howard:

Realization is step one. But it’s not enough. You can wake up and still stay stuck. Action is the bridge between awareness and transformation.

Once you see the Invisible Prison, you have two choices:

Stay where you are—knowing the walls aren’t real but remaining inside them.

Step out and rewrite the program.

Most people hesitate because they’re afraid. Afraid of who they’ll become. Afraid of leaving the comfort of the known—even if the known is suffering. That’s why transformation must happen at the subconscious level. Until the internal operating system changes, the external world remains the same.

Interviewer:

Some might argue that struggle isn’t programmed—it’s just the result of external forces, like economics or upbringing. How do you prove that subconscious programming is the determining factor?

Chris Howard:

Because two people can experience the same external event and have completely different outcomes.

When the stock market crashes, one person sees an opportunity, the other sees disaster. Same event, different response. The difference? Programming.

Your brain filters reality to fit your existing beliefs. If you’re programmed for struggle, you will always find ways to struggle—even in good times. If you’re programmed for abundance, you’ll find ways to thrive—even in bad times. It’s not the circumstances. It’s the code you’re running.

Interviewer:

You use the Broken GPS metaphor—people keep following a faulty map. But what if someone likes where their GPS is taking them?

Chris Howard:

Then I ask them: Do you like it on every level?

Maybe your GPS is leading you to financial success, but your health is collapsing.

Maybe your relationships are great, but your wealth is in ruins.

Maybe everything seems “fine,” but you’re playing small—trapped in a comfort zone you don’t even realize exists.

Where we’re going, we don’t need roads. The moment you realize you’ve been limiting yourself without even knowing it, that’s when you open the door to infinite possibilities.

Interviewer:

Is it possible that struggle and limitation serve a subconscious purpose for some people?

Chris Howard:

Yes, but that’s not the real issue.

The issue is whether they understand the purpose.

Struggle isn’t meant to trap you. It’s meant to wake you up. The purpose of struggle is to trigger evolution. But if you don’t recognize that, you stay stuck. You don’t evolve—you loop.

Transformation happens when you get the lesson and move forward. Until then, the pattern repeats.

Interviewer:

You say "Wake up!" is the first step. But if someone wakes up and still hesitates to act, what does that say about the power of awareness?

Chris Howard:

Awareness alone doesn’t create change. Awareness gives you a choice.

Some people wake up, but they don’t move—because moving means letting go of an identity they’ve lived with for years. Change threatens the ego. That’s why most people only transform when the pain of staying the same outweighs the pain of change.

You can wake up, but until you decide to step forward, you’re just a prisoner with open doors.

Interviewer:

If all beliefs are programs, does that mean new beliefs are just another form of conditioning?

Chris Howard:

Yes. But here’s the difference:

Most people are living inside default programming—beliefs installed by society, parents, teachers, and outdated experiences. But once you become conscious of the program, you get to CHOOSE.

So yes, you’re always living in a construct. But wouldn’t you rather live in one that empowers you instead of limits you?

Interviewer:

What makes The Breakthrough to Success World Wide Livestream and the Breakthrough Code Intensive Experience different from every other transformation program out there?

Chris Howard:

Most programs give you information.

We don’t do that.

We give you transformation—by working directly with the subconscious mind.

It’s not about just setting goals or trying to think more positively. That doesn’t work. We rewire the deepest levels of thought so that success becomes your automatic response. Your conscious and unconscious mind start working together—and that’s when the magic happens.

Interviewer:

If true transformation is internal, can anyone ever really sell a breakthrough, or must a person reach it independently?

Chris Howard:

People need guides. You can’t read the label from inside the jar.

If you’re stuck, you can’t see what’s keeping you there. That’s why even the greatest athletes, business moguls, and leaders all have coaches.

A breakthrough doesn’t happen in isolation. It happens when someone helps you see what you couldn’t see before.

Interviewer:

If transformation is an infinite process, do we ever truly reach a point where we’ve “arrived”?

Chris Howard:

Never. And that’s the beauty of it.

The moment you think you’ve arrived, you’ve stopped growing. Evolution never ends.

The key is learning to love the process—to be fully present while always expanding into greater possibilities. The journey is the destination.

Interviewer:

If everything we believe is just a program, how do we ever know we are truly free?

Chris Howard:

We don’t.

And that’s the game.

The goal isn’t to find some ultimate truth—it’s to choose the most empowering reality possible. The real freedom comes when you stop playing by the old rules and start designing your life consciously.

It’s not about finding the “right” program—it’s about becoming the programmer.

Interviewer:

If someone is ready to break free, what’s the first step?

Chris Howard:

Step one: Wake up.

Step two: Decide you’re done playing small.

Step three: Get the right guidance, the right tools, and rewire your subconscious for unstoppable success.

And that’s exactly what we do inside The Breakthrough to Success World Wide Livestream and The Breakthrough Code Intensive Experience.

Are you ready? Then let’s go.
