Breaking the technology, Donghua's high-end chain drive system project won the China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award

A few days ago, the high-end chain drive system research and development project of "Key technology research and application of automobile chain drive system" developed by Donghua Group won the third prize of Science and Technology Progress Award of China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award in 2021. Donghua is the only company in the national chain drive industry that has won the 2021 China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award.

The products developed in this project involve high-end chain drive system products such as precision engine timing chain systems, transmission chain systems and transfer case chain systems. In the research and development of the project, the development of seven key technologies has been carried out and breakthrough innovations have been achieved. The conditions and capabilities for industrialization have been achieved. The key components and parts of China's automobile chain drive system have been substituted for imports, breaking the monopoly of foreign technology, and promoting China The localization process of the automobile industry.

The research results of this project have obtained 12 national authorized patents, 1 national standard for chain drive, published 8 technical papers, edited and published 1 monograph on chain drive technology, and achieved full coverage and industrialization of automobile chain products. The products are not only widely used at home, but also exported abroad, which has produced significant economic and social benefits.

The achievement of this award marks that Donghua's automotive chain drive system products have reached the domestic advanced level, and it is another outstanding achievement of Donghua's technological innovation and product transformation and upgrading. It also fully demonstrates the active contribution made by Donghua to the technological innovation of China's chain drive industry.
