Breaking a pattern
Octavian Graf Pilati
The Antifragile Family?: Build a muscle to thrive for generations.
Patterns are all around us. Also in our behaviour, we follow certain patterns, over and over and over again. They can seem unbreakable. But to change we need to break these patterns. Once aware of a pattern you can break it by simply calling it out and taking a deep breath.
Helpful reflections Octavian Graf Pilati! It can take time to even become aware of some of our patterns or the patterns of others. Some of them simply feel like 'that's just how things are'. Awareness is the first step and the first victory on the road to change.
