Breaking News: The Platinum Jubilee of Rabbi Prince Joseph Tomoonh-Garlodeyh Gbaba, Sr., Ed. D.

The members of the Royal Household of the Nien Dynasty are pleased to inform all family members, friends, and fans across the globe that this year marks the Golden Jubilee (50th Anniversary) of Rabbi Joseph Tomoonh-Garlodeyh Gbaba, Sr., Ed. D. as Liberian playwright and theatre director and will celebrate his Platinum Jubilee (70th Birth Anniversary).

The Platinum and Golden Jubilee celebrations will be highlighted by the launch of Rabbi Gbaba's new book, Conflict Resolution and the Concept of Change. The book provides a vivid account of the Liberian Genocide and the playwright's experiences as victim of the Liberian civil war. Dr. Gbaba also provides his recommendations to the Liberian government and people regarding the way forward to effect social and political change through cultural awareness, national consciousness and peacebuilding. Details about the publication and launch date and how to purchase a copy of the author's controversial account of the Liberian Genocide will be released soon.

In celebration of his Platinum and Golden Jubilees, Rabbi Gbaba is appealing to all lovers of the arts, supporters, patrons, family, friends, and fans across the globe, to purchase a copy of Conflict Resolution and the Concept of Change to learn the true account of the Liberian Genocide and its root causes. Proceeds from the sale of the book will serve as seed money to purchase the land that will serve as site and construction of the school of the performing arts in Liberia.

Also, philanthropists who desire to memorialize and honor loved ones by naming one of our buildings in memory of loved ones, are cordially invited to make a healthy donation towards the construction and completion of the project. The construction of the school of the performing arts is a worthwhile national project intended to preserve, teach, promote and institutionalize Liberian culture internationally. When completed, the school will offer courses and grant degrees in Liberian history and cultural studies and research, music, dance, theatre, arts and craft, etc.

Presently, Rabbi is offering an online course entitled, "Liberian Culture 101" as a litmus test to get feedback about how participants feel about the course and its content. Several prominent Liberian youth leaders who are presidents of county youth organizations in Liberia have enrolled in the course.

The course is a three-month training program that provides participants primary knowledge about the beginning of mankind and the ancestors of Liberia up to the formation of the modern democratic Republic of Liberia.
