?However In the event a Client desires to make additional features or updates or new releases separate from the agreed features and functions on the product or major modifications to the product, separate agreement and fees need to be agreed.

100% IN HOUSE DEVELOPED: We develop all products ourselves, we don’t buy softwares from others and resell; all products are 100% in house developed. Therefore we own all source codes and licenses.

COPYRIGHTS AND OWNERSHIP: After receipts of the final payment from the Client, the product’s copyrights, Licenses and ownership will be transferred to the Client with all the related Source Codes and Licenses.
