1. 'I urge the PM once again...': LoP Rahul Gandhi appeals to PM Modi to visit Manipur amid fresh violence
Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi on Saturday, expressed deep concern on the "recent string of violence and continuing bloodshed" in Manipur and urged Prime Minister Modi to visit the state.
In a post on X, Rahul Gandhi dubbed the events as "deeply disturbing". The LoP also urged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to visit the violence-hit state and work towards restoring peace and healing in the region.

Thick smog has engulfed Delhi and its adjoining region, and the air quality has dropped severely. On Sunday morning, the Air Quality Index of the national capital was reported to be 482.
According to the Central Pollution Control Board, the AQI recorded at 6 am in Anand Vihar was 458, Ashok Vihar 466, Bawana 471, Chandni Chowk 401, DTU 388
3. Manipur violence: Protesters attack residence of CM, 2 ministers, 3 MLAs; curfew imposed
Chief Minister N Biren Singh's vacant ancestral home, and the residences of ministers Sapam Ranjan, L Susindro Singh, and Y Khemchand, were attacked by angry protesters in Manipur on Saturday.
The government also suspended internet services due to disturbing law and order situation in part of the state.
