Breaking News: C++20 Course Update
The C++ Programming Online Certificate is a joint project by the Baruch MFE program, Dr. Daniel J. Duffy (Datasim Education BV) and www.quantnet.com. The content was developed by Daniel Duffy and the course is delivered entirely online by QuantNet. Each student is assigned a personal instructor who is guided through the course and who is given detailed feedback on all code submissions.
Graduates of our Online Programming Courses, who hail from over 40 countries and five continents, have subsequently been accepted by quantitative finance programs and financial institutions.
Created by Daniel Duffy, the?Advanced C++ and Modern Design?course is designed for the benefit of experienced C++ developers who wish to learn cutting edge C++11/C++14/C++17/C++20 features such as multithreading, advanced STL/Boost libraries, C++20 Concepts and modern design techniques to bring their skills to the next level.

?Some reasons for taking this course:
. Mature (for example, since 2012 on Quantnet) and proven C++ courses taken by thousands of students on five continents.

. Competitive pricing and full TA (teaching assistant) support. The dedicated TAs are always available to answer questions, and they provide detailed, personal feedback on all code submissions.
. State-of-the-art C++ language features; modern multi-paradigm design.
. Generic/universal approach and applicable to many areas, including computational finance.
. Hands-on approach; lots of examples and exercises.
. End of term project: analyse and design a problem in C++20, A-Z (with a smattering of modern design patterns).

3 年An interesting question is whether C++ Concepts are "polymorphics on steriods' and do they satisfy, improve or obviate SOLID design principles? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SOLID Maybe these should be a starting point before jumping into the sea, head first.
