BREAKING NEWS: S. 2155 moving in the Senate
Jim Nussle
Chief Executive Officer, AMERICA’S CREDIT UNIONS. Our mission is to advocate for and advance an environment where credit unions thrive.
BIG NEWS!
The Senate just announced they're taking up S. 2155.
CONTACT YOUR SENATOR AND TELL THEM TO VOTE YES ON S. 2155
S. 2155 is bipartisan, common-sense reform legislation that will protect seniors from elder abuse, make mortgage processing easier and quicker, increase affordable rental housing in our communities, and help credit unions provide better service to their members.
You've been advocating for common-sense regulation for months, and just this week thousands of you traveled to Washington as part of the 2018 CUNA GAC. Your voices helped get this bill to the floor. Now it's time for Congress to fight for the 110 million Americans who depend on credit unions.
Tell your Senator to vote:
Thank you for all you do in advocating for your credit union. Your voice is critical, and your Senators wants to hear directly from you on this vote. Please tweet, call or email them now and let them know that you're a credit union member, and you're asking them the vote YES on S. 2155.
Thank you to everyone who was able to come to Washington this week! We made a powerful impact!
All the best,
Jim Nussle
