After working for many Years in Corporates with various companies, one learning i have is, it is important for you keep the learn, implement and Improve cycle , as well as need to take ownership and deliver to the Results ! There has been a huge difference in the support system and inclusion for women in the last 20 years! Today women are breaking the Glass ceiling to have their presence in the Corporate World. However we still need to achieve the equality in the workforce compared in ratio of the population.
Throughout history, women have faced significant barriers in their pursuit of corporate dominance. The gender disparity in corporate leadership positions has been a long-standing issue, with women struggling to break through the glass ceiling. However, despite the challenges, women have made remarkable strides in recent years, challenging societal expectations and prevailing gender stereotypes.

In the early days, women faced severe limitations and societal expectations that hindered their progress in the corporate world.
