I used to believe that hard work and determination were the ultimate keys to success. The more I pushed, the higher I would climb. But after years of grinding, learning, and leading in both startups and global corporations, something became clear: No matter how much I achieved or how much expertise I accumulated, there was this invisible barrier - a glass ceiling - that stubbornly held me back. It wasn't just frustrating; it was exhausting.

Working for startups was an exhilarating challenge. Every day felt like a race to innovate, to outmaneuver the competition with limited resources and no safety net. On the other hand, global corporations presented their own set of challenges - bureaucracy, corporate politics, and systems that seemed designed to slow down creativity. In both worlds, I could feel the constraints being placed on my potential. Despite years of proven success, I found myself boxed in, unable to break through the barriers imposed by organizational structures.

But here’s the thing: I wasn’t willing to stop there.

After gaining years of experience in business development, leadership, innovation, and data science - and after mentoring and coaching countless individuals - I knew I had something more to offer. I realized that if the world wasn’t going to create the space for me to grow beyond those limits, I would create that space myself. That’s when I decided to establish my consulting firm, GlobalStart.

GlobalStart wasn’t just a business - it was my declaration of independence.
