The 3-Fears Sabotaging our success are: Fear of failure, fear of judgement, and fear of the unknown.

Let’s explore how these fears affect us both at home and in the workplace.

  • Parental Pressure: Parents may avoid pursuing their passions or hobbies because they fear failing in their responsibilities. For example, a parent might forgo a promotion or a career change, believing that it might detract from their family life or lead to financial instability.
  • Relationship Dynamics: This fear can lead to avoidance behaviors in relationships. For instance, someone may hesitate to address conflicts or communicate openly, fearing that such discussions could lead to misunderstandings or relationship breakdowns.

At the Workplace:
