Breaking Free From Corporate

So much comes up throughout our inner journeys ?

?

The inner journey is not a straight growth line that shoots up

?

It is more like a spiral

?

With layers to unravel as we rise up

?

So many layers of limitations

?

So many layers of conditioning

?

So many layers of wounding

?

So many freaking layers

?

The deep calling inside gets louder beckoning us to break free and fly high

?

Yet the weight, the density, the resistance of our own limiting layers can keep us stuck

?

Our limiting beliefs can keep us caged in

?

We may feel tied in a knot

?

On one hand knowing we are here for more

?

Knowing it is time for liberation and freedom

?

Knowing it is time to take our power back

?

Knowing it is time to rise into our fullest expression

?

On the other hand, feeling deep fear of letting go of what has felt safe or comfortable

?

Feeling guilt for desiring to follow our own joy, hearts and desires

?

Feeling reckless for wanting to walk away from the path we worked so hard to build

?

Feeling afraid we will lose it all including our identities and relationships

?

The more we pull on either side of the knot, the tighter it gets and the more stuck we

?

That’s how I felt early last year… maybe you can resonate?

?

I had worked so freaking hard… pushing, grinding, chasing and striving to “achieve success” in the corporate world as an executive at some of the most admired companies in the world

?

I should just feel happy and content, right?

?

I should feel fulfilled and accomplished, right?

?

Well, I didn’t

?

I felt stuck and suffocated

?

Because the more I squeezed into “molds of success and leadership in Corporate” the more I was asked to compromise and the more I lost myself

?

What was I desiring most deep within my heart?

?

When I could silence the noise in my mind and go deep within for guidance, the answer was clear

?

To liberate myself

?

To liberate myself from all the “shoulds”, the “molds”, the conditioning, or the limitations

?

2023 was definitely a year of LIBERATION for me

?

I was walking in the neighborhood today listening to the song “Freedom” from Mei-Lan (if you haven’t heard her songs, I invite you to check her out because she truly sounds like an angel)

?

This song was deeply moving within me as I walked with nature and felt the sunshine on my skin

?

I was reflecting on what I have found on the other side of “liberation” from corporate

?

FREEDOM

?

Freedom to be myself fully, boldly and unapologetically ?

?

Freedom to live my life in a way that feels aligned, peaceful, abundant, playful and joyful

?

Freedom to do and create what I want, when I want

?

Freedom to be authentically expressed

?

Ahhhhhhhhhhh

?

I can finally breathe deeply

?

I can finally feel spaciousness in my days

?

I can finally listen to the inspiration pouring from my heart about my purpose and my mission

?

I can finally BE

?

BE ME! ALL OF ME!!

?

(*I can feel my whole body relax, soften and open as I write this)

?

I believe many of us are feeling a calling or restlessness inside for transformation and liberation

?

But perhaps we have tied ourselves in a knot of limiting beliefs that are keeping us stuck

?

For me it has not just been about leaving corporate, though that was obviously HUGE for me in so many ways

?

It has been the ultimate journey of breaking free from all the limiting, toxic and sabotaging beliefs, conditioning and programming that I had learned throughout my whole life that had been holding me back from being, living and leading fully!

?

I want you to know that you are not crazy and that the dreams calling you forward are not only possible but they are guiding you to your highest and fullest potential and purpose!

?
